Dr. Romonique Ricks, DVM
Medical Director
Dr. Romonique Ricks graduated from Tuskegee University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. He is from Washington, DC, but has been practicing companion animal medicine in the Atlanta area for over 15 years. He has two pit bulls that he rescued, named Drake and Cairo. His clinical interests include preventive care, internal medicine, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. He spends his free time traveling to foreign countries and experiencing different cultures around the world.
Morgan Fulton
LVT
Morgan began her veterinary career in 2019, working her way from kennel technician to Licensed Veterinary Technician. She holds a Biology degree from Georgia Southern University and an Associate in Veterinary Technology from Gwinnett Technical College. As Hospital Manager, she leverages her diverse background and clinical expertise to lead the team at West End. When she isn’t at the hospital, Morgan enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her two dogs, Remi and Ginger.
DyQwan Lee
Tech Assistant
Lee has been a dedicated member of the veterinary field since 2020. He is a key part of our clinical team, handling everything from patient treatments and lab work to assisting in surgery. With a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to animal health, he ensures that every pet receives the highest standard of technical care during their visit. When Lee isn't in the treatment room, he enjoys exploring the Atlanta area and staying active. His versatility and dedication make him an essential part of the care we provide at West End.
Tyler Davis
Tech Assistant
With a decade of experience in the veterinary field, Tyler brings a wealth of expertise to our team. She is proficient in everything from patient treatments to surgical assistance, ensuring every pet is in skilled hands. When she isn’t at the hospital, Tyler loves to stay active and travel. Her long-standing dedication ensures our patients benefit from a deep level of clinical experience.
Monica Gordon
Tech Assistant
With 24 years of experience, Monica is the most senior member of our team and a cornerstone of our clinical operations. Her extensive knowledge covers every facet of the veterinary field, providing a level of expertise that is invaluable to both our patients and her fellow staff members. Outside of the hospital, Monica loves spending quality time with her dogs, Bunchey and Whatzit. Her decades of dedication and deep clinical insight ensure that every pet at West End receives the highest standard of seasoned care.
Day Todd
Receptionist
Since entering the veterinary field in 2020, Day has been driven by her dual passion for helping people and caring for animals. As an Atlanta native, she thrives on creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring every pet feels at ease from the moment they arrive. Day is currently balancing her role at the front desk with her studies to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT). At home, she stays busy with her own animal family—her dog, Kallista, and her cat, Agamotto.
